Refund Policy

Returns/Exchange
For returns/exchanges, please notify us within 5 days receiving the product by emailing us at contact@thepytstore.com with images of the item. Please note that we do not accept returns more than once per order. Items that were part of an exchange cannot be returned or exchanged again.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for wedding favors, bulk orders, fabrics, and products customized upon request.

It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect upon receipt that all products delivered match the order. No returns/exchanges will be accepted if not notified to us within the stipulated time period of 2 days. We will not arrange pickup for return items. 

Returns/Exchanges are not applicable for international shipments due to export and duty regulations by the Government of India.

You can exchange a product for another product available on the website. If the new product is of lower cost and there remains a balance (after adjusting for shipping and other costs, if applicable), we will provide you with a PYT Store credit note of the same value as the balance, which you can redeem anytime on our website. We are not responsible for any misuse of the said code after it has been communicated to the customer.

In case of any return and refund, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the product has been damaged when received at our warehouse. No refund or exchange will be provided if the receipt of sale is not sent back to us along with the products. Original tags must be attached and intact.

A refund or exchange will only be provided for products that are returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Merchandise modified by the buyer, or modified by the seller at the request of the buyer, may not be returned. Once merchandise is printed, dyed, washed, or altered in any way, the buyer cannot return or make a claim relating to such merchandise.

The buyer accepts that it is the decision of The PYT Store to determine whether a refund or exchange is possible based on the condition of the product. If we feel that an item has been worn multiple times, no refund or exchange will be entertained.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 6-14 working days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@thepytstore.com and products to be couriered to the address The PYT store, 49, Nethaji Street, Ayyappa Nagar, Trichy, Tamilnadu - 620021.
